General Sales Terms

Article n° 1: Object

The sales terms below define the rights and obligations of the parties, hereby Wanaka and the Client, as part of the sale of character fonts.
Any service or activity performed by Wanaka thus indicates that the purchaser has unconditionally accepted the present general sales conditions.

Article n° 2: Price

Prices for merchandise and services are those which are in effect on the day the order is accepted. They are expressed in Euros and do not include taxes. Consequently, VAT will be charged thereon as of the day the order is accepted.
Wanaka reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it also agrees to bill merchandise that has been ordered at the price given at the time the order was recorded.

Article n° 3: Discounts and allowances

Proposed tariffs include the discounts and allowances granted by Wanaka based on its positive financial results.

Article n° 4: Credit or discount

No credit will be given to earlier payment completion.

Article n° 5: Payment

Orders may be paid online using Paypal on the day the order is accepted. The purchaser shall pay the full amount of the order when the order is logged.

Article n° 6: Delivery

As Character fonts are digital files, standard delivery terms are FOB origin and delivery is completed immediately after payment using the single download link provided.
In the event of a loss of the single download link, the Client shall contact Wanaka to receive the link via email upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Article n° 7: Jurisdiction

Any dispute or litigation regarding the interpretation or fulfilment of present general sales conditions shall be governed by French law. In the absence of agreement, the Tribunal de Commerce d’Annecy shall have jurisdiction on the litigation.
